The Stormwater program protects our community's local waters by ensuring that only rainwater flows into our storm drains.

Santa Clara County Code of Ordinances, Title B, Division B11.5
Applicability
Facilities in unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County which are permitted by HMCD for any of the other programs we regulate are also subject to stormwater regulations.
General Requirements
- Pay an annual invoice to keep your permit active.
